After reading your plan, I am anxious to see what results you come up with.
ReplyDeleteI have heard of targeted reading plans, that focus on specific reading strategies and skills with weekly assessments, which could be taken on-line as well. If the assessment is not passed, they student stays focused on the skill, whereas, if it is passed they will move on to the next needed skill based on the state assessment, which is STAAR, I believe for TX?
Is this similar to the TEA website in terms of tracking improvement and scores?
Are there other reading intervention programs that are being used that have been proven to be affective in TX or other states?
Thank you for sharing, and I was hoping that you would comment on my action plan for the Week 4 assignment?
Thank you!
